Falkeberg women’s sweater

Falkeberg sweater is a beautiful round neck sweater, knitted in soft merino wool.  The 4-colored Norwegian pattern is from our official Olympic sweater back in 1984, and has ribbed neck, sleeves and hem. The Falkeberg sweater will keep you warm and comfortable and will look good on the slopes & around town.

Thick merino wool is prone to pilling. By air blowing the wool fibers into the core, this merino yarn can be knitted with minimal pilling. You won’t find as many soft and thick merino wool sweaters like this one.

The traditional pattern is a modernized and fresh interpretation of our Olympic sweater from the 1984 Winter Olympics in Sarajevo. Falkeberget (1266 meters above sea level) is a mountain on Hardangervidda, south of Geilo.
